The Opportunity
***We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced
Bookkeeper / Payroll professional, to join a small inclusive team. In this role you will be providing bookkeeping, payroll and administrative services for a wide variety of clients. If you enjoy dealing with people from different industries and backgrounds, take pride in excelling in service delivery and enjoy various ad hoc responsibilities, you will fit in perfectly with our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for servicing assigned clients as directly by manager and communicate with clients and third parties as required
  • Ensure daily deliverables are met and inform job manager of workflow issues
  • Actively support team members as required
  • Other administrative duties as requested by clients

About You
Ideally you have 'end to end' payroll experience and understand the entire life cycle of payroll.

You have a willingness to take on additional tasks, help your fellow team members, support our clients and provide a seamless customer focussed service.


  • Tertiary qualified in Bookkeeping or Accounting will be well regarded

Experience gained in Professional Services, looking after various clients or Private Accounting Practice, preferred:

  • Payroll experience
  • Strong literacy of Microsoft Excel and Word

Xero accounting software experience is essential:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with a proactive disposition
  • Flexible mind set with the ability to deliver maximum client satisfaction including willingness to undertake concierge style service
