About the role


You will be responsible for the RSPCA World for Pets online store orders and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

A passion for retail, sales, ecommerce and the adventures that come with working for a charity is a must, as well as enthusiasm to be a representative of the RSPCA Qld brand.


  • Understanding our product range and assisting in online and Ebay sales, web orders & monitoring order statuses.
  • Process online customer refunds, exchanges, vouchers, manual orders, dispatching orders, pick lists.
  • Managing loyalty program enquiries & customer data management.
  • Liaising with courier services for customer enquiries and order issues.
  • Support broader team members with marketing activities including social media and EDM content, promotions, creatives and campaigns.
  • Solve postsale customer issues, resolving customer complaints and fraud investigations.
  • Support broader team members with data and product integrity, for online and instore, and including product descriptions, images, prices and conditions.
  • Assist within business unit for special events, stocktakes.

Who are we looking for?

  • Confident in customer service, sales and/or ecommerce, and must have demonstrated experience in sales (minimum of 3 years in a similar role desired).
  • Strong, effective communication skills.
  • Creatively minded, with the ability to share ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An unmistakable passion for good customer service.
  • Energetic, friendly and positive attitude is a must.
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
