Principal Technology Officer - Brisbane, Australia - Queensland Health
Description
Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident / problem / change / configuration management.
- High level understanding and technical skills in one or more of the following:
- Windows 10, Windows 1
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Directory Services (Microsoft Active Directory and Novell eDirectory)
- Active Directory Group Policy administration and configuration
- Enterprise printing solutions (Novell iPrint)
- Demonstrated high level technical expertise evidenced by the ability to provide professional support, advice and solutions.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Specific Working Conditions:
- While not mandatory, relevant qualifications would be well regarded:
- Microsoft Certification IT Professional
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation
- Microsoft Operations Framework 4.0 Foundation
- Degree in IT or related field
- Participating in oncall arrangements may be a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
- This position may be required to work at different sites.
