Description

Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident / problem / change / configuration management.

High level understanding and technical skills in one or more of the following:

Windows 10, Windows 1

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Directory Services (Microsoft Active Directory and Novell eDirectory)
Active Directory Group Policy administration and configuration
Enterprise printing solutions (Novell iPrint)
Demonstrated high level technical expertise evidenced by the ability to provide professional support, advice and solutions.
Welldeveloped interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
Proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Specific Working Conditions:

While not mandatory, relevant qualifications would be well regarded:
Microsoft Certification IT Professional
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation
Microsoft Operations Framework 4.0 Foundation
Degree in IT or related field
Participating in oncall arrangements may be a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
This position may be required to work at different sites.
