We are looking for a part-time (2-3 days per week) People and Culture Advisor who will be part of an effective and well-regarded People and Culture team.


The role holder will assist the People and Culture team to develop and implement key HR policies and initiatives using effective HR systems and processes.

The role holder will work closely with the team to support the employee experience ensuring our service is timely and effective.


The role holder will have two years of experience working within a People & Culture function or equivalent, strong excel skills, be accurate, organised, and use technology to its full extent.

Interest in People and Culture, employment best practices, and proven experience providing good customer service will be regarded positively.


Davies Collison Cave has adopted the hybrid model and the role holder will be able to work from their home and our office which is located near Parliament station in the historical ICI building.
