Key accountability of this role is the ongoing management, development & maintenance of the People Systems, ensuring efficiency in our processes and keeping the end user experience front of mind.

This role is also responsible for supporting any future implementations of technologies, systems, and processes.

This will be a
contract till 31 December based in the
Sydney/Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ongoing management and accountability of People Systems
  • Continuous improvement of current functionality of Systems with a view of maximising efficiency
  • Support the development of solutions in line with the strategic intent
  • Working with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to develop and maintain governance in relation to the roles and responsibilities across the People Team regarding the Systems.
  • Work closely with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to prioritise projects, initiatives, and reporting activities across People
  • Support the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting in developing and maintaining a suite of reports and dashboards, promoting selfservice across EML.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Experience in the management and ongoing development of People Systems
  • Experience in development of eLearning content and design and development of endtoend learning solution (advantageous)
  • Experience in the use of SharePoint
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel and Access)
