Sydney or Melbourne, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
Key accountability of this role is the ongoing management, development & maintenance of the People Systems, ensuring efficiency in our processes and keeping the end user experience front of mind.
This will be a
contract till 31 December based in the
Sydney/Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ongoing management and accountability of People Systems
- Continuous improvement of current functionality of Systems with a view of maximising efficiency
- Support the development of solutions in line with the strategic intent
- Working with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to develop and maintain governance in relation to the roles and responsibilities across the People Team regarding the Systems.
- Work closely with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting to prioritise projects, initiatives, and reporting activities across People
- Support the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting in developing and maintaining a suite of reports and dashboards, promoting selfservice across EML.
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient in Power BI
- Experience in the management and ongoing development of People Systems
- Experience in development of eLearning content and design and development of endtoend learning solution (advantageous)
- Experience in the use of SharePoint
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel and Access)
