Burleigh/ Tallebudgera Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join our Property Management Team as a Leasing Consultant.

We're a team who will help you personally grow, week in and week out.

We'll teach you the industry so you can become an expert and get a head start on your real estate career.

A Burleigh/Tallebudgera Real Estate are arguably one of the leading Real Estate agencies on the Southern Gold Coast. With a focus on providing fantastic training and opportunities to grow and well supported by an experienced team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Provide support to the Property Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties in accordance with the property investor's instructions
Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants
Accurately complete all necessary documentation
Viewings
Conduct Routine Inspections
Act as a liaison between tenants and property investors
Ensure that properties are maintained and presented in accordance with the property investor's instructions

We are seeking someone with the following qualities:

Positive attitude
Ability to think on your feet
Unbelievable work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm
Willingness to learn from other team members

In addition to the above qualities you MUST hold a QLD drivers license, a Certificate of Registration and be available to work on Saturday's with a rostered day off during the week.
