_ Ongoing position_
- $149,619 pa including salary ($120,859 - $133,183), employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading_

This is an exciting opportunity to proactively partner with Senior Managers and Executives to develop and implement a strategy that identifies talent requirements and attracts and retains high quality talent across the Office.


In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment support and services from recruitment planning and scheduling, shortlisting, interviews and assessments and will lead the delivery of innovative solutions across the entire attraction and selection process.


As the sole recruitment specialist, you will work collaboratively with the broader HR Team to ensure quality talent attraction, selection and assessment solutions are delivered across the Office.

The Person_**To be successful in this role you will need to:
  • demonstrate strong experience providing innovative end
  • to end recruitment services, including the use of recruitment software systems
- be an excellent communicator with strong influencing, coaching, partnering and negotiation skills
- have demonstrated experience delivering quality talent attraction, selection and assessment solutions
- be confident in taking the lead in recruitment discussions, being relied on for your knowledge of recruitment related legislative and regulatory compliance and standards
- be great at building collaborative relationships, be a pragmatic thinker with sound judgement and have the ability to make prompt reliable decisions.
- have high energy and resilience and be proactive and collaborative in your approach, ideally with experience in a changing environment.
- be a highly organised and flexible team player, whilst also being able to operate independently.
- have tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience and aware of best practice recruitment initiatives.


A talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary, full-time/part-time positions that may arise over the next 18 months.
