The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) provides an independent, efficient, fair and just prosecution services for the people of NSW.
We are seeking experienced Receptionists/Legal Support Officers to join our legal support services team to support Lawyers, Crown Prosecutors and other various internal/external stakeholders in our busy Parramatta office.
The successful applicant will perform high quality general administrative and clerical support functions, including customer and reception service, word processing, data entry, records maintenance and maintaining stores and stationery.
We are looking for people with sound communication and interpersonal skills who can exercise sound judgement, problem solve; and shows ability to balance competing demands in a high volume and fast paced environment.
There are currently two part time vacancies: 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 1:00PM and Monday to Friday 1:00PM-5:30PM.
A Talent Pool may also be created for future ongoing and temporary positions that may arise over the next 18 months.
