    Description
    This is your chance to join a forward thinking company that specialize in all aspects of Property Management, Asset Management and Building management. This is an expert team that pride themselves on managing properties and creating long lasting relationships with clients. Currently seeking a Property Manager to join an experienced team with low staff turnover this is an opportunity to work with fantastic systems and structures implemented ensuring they are at the cutting edge.

    The Role:
    Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity to manage a clean, streamlined portfolio alongside a supportive team. With a fantastic individual as your manager, we are looking for someone with clear communication and the ability to give landlords a fantastic customer service experience:
    • Managing 180 properties, majority all onsite (and all brand new high rise properties) and the rest in walking distance
    • Liaising with Landlords/owners
    • Manage repairs and maintenance issues
    • Rental arrears management
    • Managing rent increases
    • Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
    • Administrator & leasing consultant for support
    • Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
    • Using REST, Fliesmart & Inspect Manager
    • NO leasing
    • NO accounts and NO weekends
    The Candidate:
    • A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
    • Property Management experience
    • Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
    • An Excellent Working Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
    • A Positive Attitude & Professional Presentation
