Our client is a leading agency in the St George area with a dynamic edge This is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts that are provided with ongoing training and state-of-the-art computer systems.


This agency is currently seeking an Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure, and systems.

This agency focuses on high end properties around Connells Point, Carrs Park, Blakehurst, Sans Souci etc


The Role:

Monday - Friday, a property manager who can look after a small portfolio of only 130 properties.

  • Small portfolio of only 130
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance
  • Rental arrears management
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Rental Applications
  • Open for Inspections when required
There is a full-time leasing consultant/BDM so this role will purely focus on property management.
