Our client is a leading agency in the St George area with a dynamic edge This is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts that are provided with ongoing training and state-of-the-art computer systems.
This agency is currently seeking an Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure, and systems.
The Role:
Monday - Friday, a property manager who can look after a small portfolio of only 130 properties.
- Small portfolio of only 130
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Rental Applications
- Open for Inspections when required
