Finance Officer - Law Firm - CBD
Company Background
Our client is a global law firm who have a strong and well-known brand.
Their presence in the Australian market is just as strong, and they are seeking an experienced and professional Finance Officer to join their team within their Sydney office.
The Role
As the Finance Officer you will focus on:
- Receipting and allocations
- Liaising with the credit/collections team to identify overpayments & discrepancies
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Clearing balances
- Managing the AR inbox and handling queries
Your Background
To be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Immediately available:

Prior experience and knowledge of AR and AP:
- Strong experience with reconciliations
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Professional and confident communicator
- Professional Services experience is highly regarded, but not essential
