Mid-weight UX Researcher


Our client is one of the leading retailers in Australia and they are on the look out for a mid-weight UX Researchers to help them come up with solutions focused on customers needs.


Your day to day:


  • Conducting research using Qualitative Methods
  • Running instore research
  • Working with crossfunctional teams leading end to end research projects
  • Work closely with product teams to identify research initiatives
  • Keep abreast of current UX developments and new methodologies

About you:


  • Strong academic background in areas of research, anthropology and social, marketing research or similar.
  • Proven experience in end to end qualitative research
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C
  • Generate actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate product experiences
