Through trial and error as the digital & tech arm for the business, they continue to challenge the status quo of UX, and how they could improve their best practices in any way possible.

Whilst offering a consistent CX is important, they thrive in an open, collaborative environment that could support your personal & professional learning and development Their successes and growth through COVID have placed them in a very healthy position, as they have recently acquired additional resources within their digital media arm

The Opportunity

This is a unique, in-house Paid Social opportunity that will allow you to work very closely with teams across Search, Programmatic & Media Planning who look after activities outside of Paid Social You will operate in a cross-functional capacity to support and leverage each other's ideas and expertise as you work towards the same goal Due to the nature of the business, they have massive budgets for Meta Ads, and upskilling opportunities on industry best practices.

The Requirements

Passionate about Paid Social & Performance Marketing, comfortable articulating own's idea
Exposure working with a large budget size of 6digit per month minimum
A desire to grow and learn, ideally with a test & learn mentality
Proven communication, organisation & time management
Comfortable working with the broader social team, with a passion to deliver excellence
