Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Provide training and guidance to construction teams on HSE matters, including safety procedures, hazard identification, and emergency response plans
  • Review and approve subcontractor safety plans and documentation
  • Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective action plans to prevent future incidents
  • Maintain and update HSE records and documentation, including safety reports, training records, and incident reports
  • Monitor HSE performance metrics and report on progress to management
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HSE management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, including OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
