IT Support Analyst - Parramatta, Australia - Ampersand

$434 / day + super
Contract length: 6 Months - highly likely to extend
Location:
Parramatta / WFH
The role requires you to navigate the IT business systems and infrastructure and be able to liaise with 3rd party vendors and technical teams to coordinate support for staff and external users.
About you:
Ideally you will have 3 years of experience in IT Support. You also have some knowledge of web-based business systems and experience working with 3rd party vendors.
You will have a good technical understanding of IT products and services, particularly the Microsoft stack including Office 365, Azure Active Directory and remote desktop.
Your experience demonstrates your strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level help desk support for staff, primarily in Language Services platforms
- Assist in the provision of training to users on systems
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors and service providers
- Manage setup, onboarding and offboarding of users
- Assist with project work
- Administration of user accounts
- Identify trends on issues and recommend solutions
- Develop ondemand KPI and other ad hoc reports
- Provide feedback on system enhancements
- Ensuring security controls are applied, monitored, and managed as necessary
- Document processes and procedures and maintain a knowledge base
