Our client, one of Australia's largest electricity generators is seeking a talented Project Planner to join their team on a 6-month contract, based in the heart of Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:


Reporting:

Become the expert in generating project reporting assets and crafting portfolio summary reports for a C-level and General Manager audience.

Your insights will keep our client's projects on track


Schedule Management:
Assist in managing project delivery schedules, ensuring they run smoothly. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and reviewing project progress.


Project Health Checks:
Work on regular project reports, identifying potential issues that could affect project schedules. Your vigilance will help us stay ahead of the curve.


Project Management:
You may be called upon to manage individual projects, ensuring they meet their goals and milestones.


Risk & Issue Management:
Help in identifying and managing risks, issues, and assumptions. Your contribution will keep our client's projects running smoothly.


Dependencies & Decisions:
Collate essential information on project dependencies and key decisions to support the program's scope. Your insights will be invaluable.


Process & Business Analysis:
Establish and maintain planning processes for project activities throughout their lifecycle. Ensure our projects are aligned with business requirements and run efficiently.


Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Dive into financial data by managing the Spend Profile - Forecasts and Actuals. You'll work with SAP to extract actuals and assist in cost estimation and budgeting.


Financial Insights:
Provide regular financial reporting, including Steering Committee and Program Status reports. Your financial acumen will be a driving force behind project success.
