The Role


Davidson continues to demonstrate success and growth within our technology division and as a result are seeking a Team Leader with Technology Recruitment Experience to join our growing team.

As a leader your role will be required to:


  • Onboard, lead, coach, and develop a dedicated team of recruitment professionals.
  • Develop innovative recruitment solutions and strategies
  • Lead and facilitate team development activities supporting ongoing expansion of sills and offerings.
  • Collaborate with and build practical and alliances internally creating successful outcomes.
  • Dynamically and successfully service key client requirements, actively improving relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and actively lead the way in achieving set
  • Maximize opportunities to develop and create new and innovative recruitment campaigns and activities to grow the practice targets
  • Proactively demonstrate and support Davidson values within your team and wider organisation
  • A background in Technology Recruitment
  • Previously worked as a leader or a Senior mentoring teams and less experienced staff
  • Able to focus on targets and lead the way for others within their team
  • Extensive demonstrated experience of maximizing use of sourcing tools and CRM systems
  • A strong and confident relationship builder who can share their expertise with a team and build positive relationships resulting in quality recruitment
  • Demonstrated care for the Customer and their successful outcomes is inherent
  • Is a strategic thinker and team player who will lead and support the group success, not just individual
  • Experience in consulting areas of digital transformation, cloud, data, or technologies
