Our client is seeking a Head of Strategy and Growth to help drive innovation and expansion efforts in the Facilities Management industry.

Based in Sydney, the role is a key member of the leadership team, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing comprehensive business strategies that align with our vision and objectives.
Conducting indepth market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation, create competitive advantages, and optimize service offerings.
Cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Analysing data and performance metrics to measure success and make datadriven decisions.
Presenting regular reports and updates to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (circa 15 years) in strategic planning, business development, or a related field in the soft services industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams towards shared goals.
A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and solving complex business challenges.
Exceptional analytical skills, adept at interpreting data and trends to make informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
