As a
Stratco production team member you will be a key member of our Epping Operations team and will be required to manufacture and assemble steel products for our trade and retail customer base.

Responsibilities:

Manufacturing goods to the customers' requirements
Flashing operations including operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
Picking and packing items for customers
General housekeeping activities
Interpreting product drawings
Participate in relevant training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
Adhere to
Stratco Safety and other policies and procedures

Skills and attributes:

Experience using sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essential
Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong work ethic and a cando attitude
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
Forklift License essential
A commitment to producing quality products

This is a full-time opportunity working day shift (6:00am to 2:00pm) with overtime available. We are offering a competitive wage rate along with a great place to work, with career prospects for those that want to develop.
