About the role

As a Retail Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining the stock for our Kadina store.

You will also be expected to provide general customer service as required.

Key responsibilities**- Maintaining store stock levels

Assisting with the display and merchandising of stock
Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
General housekeeping activities
Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

About you

Proven ability to provide solutions with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Previous experience within a retail, sales and/or the building industry
Forklift License required or be willing to obtain
Eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
Possess a genuine desire to further develop their skill set in sales and design

This is opportunity is open to applicants seeking either full time, part time or casual employment, with the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays.
