The Role:


What You Will Own:


  • Being the first point of contact for inbound requests and reviews
  • Keeping an eye out for any patterns or issues affecting our users and letting the right team know.
  • Pitching in to create content that makes life easier for Blinq users in our Help Centre

What We Are Looking for:


  • Experience in Customer Service, Support or something similar.
  • You're available to work Tuesday-Saturday.
  • We love friendly and approachable folks with strong written communication skills.
  • You're a quick learner Realtime problemsolving is your jam.
  • You can empathize with the blockers for our customers and jump in with creative solutions.
  • You have experience with breaking down complex or technical stuff into plain language for users.
  • Familiar with Zendesk or something like it? Bonus points
