Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daily shop/ clinic operations by providing professional customer services
  • Manage customers' booking and inquiries
  • Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints
  • Coordinate with Beauty Consultants, Therapist and other staff for effective operations
  • Provide related administrative supports

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of receptionist/ customer service/ telemarketer or front desk experience
  • Experience in the retail or beauty industry will be a definite advantage
  • Being passionate, proactive and independent
  • Mandarin and Cantonese Speaking is highly desirable

Work Location:

  • 55 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000
  • 5day work includes weekends (Shift working Monday to Saturday)
