Responsibilities:

Assist with daily shop/ clinic operations by providing professional customer services
Manage customers' booking and inquiries
Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints
Coordinate with Beauty Consultants, Therapist and other staff for effective operations
Provide related administrative supports

Requirements:

At least 1 year of receptionist/ customer service/ telemarketer or front desk experience
Experience in the retail or beauty industry will be a definite advantage
Being passionate, proactive and independent
Mandarin and Cantonese Speaking is highly desirable

Work Location:

55 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000
5day work includes weekends (Shift working Monday to Saturday)
