Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily shop/ clinic operations by providing professional customer services
- Manage customers' booking and inquiries
- Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints
- Coordinate with Beauty Consultants, Therapist and other staff for effective operations
- Provide related administrative supports
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of receptionist/ customer service/ telemarketer or front desk experience
- Experience in the retail or beauty industry will be a definite advantage
- Being passionate, proactive and independent
- Mandarin and Cantonese Speaking is highly desirable
Work Location:
- 55 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000
- 5day work includes weekends (Shift working Monday to Saturday)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $30.00 per hour
