Responsibilities

  • Providing professional customer services
  • Manage customers' booking and inquiries by phone
  • Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints
  • Provide related administrative supports

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of receptionist/ customer service/ telemarketer or front desk experience
  • Experience in the retail or beauty industry will be a definite advantage
  • Being passionate, proactive and independent

Work Location:

  • 55 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000
  • Tuesday to Friday: 4 hours/ day
