We are seeking a motivated Facility Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our facilities.


Our client is a leading Facilities Maintenance company dedicated who take pride in providing top-notch services and solutions to our clients, and our facility's functionality is crucial in achieving this goal. As a Facility Services Coordinator Trainee, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to a productive work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance.
  • Liaising with contractors some contractor management tasks
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facilityrelated services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions and downtime.
  • Respond promptly to facilityrelated emergencies and provide solutions.
  • Data entry into CRM and portals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address facility needs for various departments.
  • Assist with pricing schedules from contractors.
  • Site visit to ensure contractors are aligned to expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory.
  • Monitor and manage facility budget, ensuring costeffective operations.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Assist in space planning and office relocations, optimizing space utilization.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • General administration tasks
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities to address unexpected challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Must have WWCC or willing to get.
  • National police check


  • Covid minimum

  • Work from home
- able to travel to various sites.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
