About the role
***
This includes:
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly sales reporting processes
  • Monitoring internal sales forecast and promotional activity and ensure data accuracy
  • Tracking promotional spend & accruals
  • Maintaining compliance and distribution analysis reporting
  • Management of incoming orders, logistics communications, stock and sales updates
  • Working with the National Business Manager to assist with updating customer information, field and customer presentations and product information
  • Completion of advertising and promotional expense reports and any documentation and reports for customer claim requests

About you

  • Strong administration and office management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different functions/levels of employees, broad range of external key contacts
  • Able to function independently with direction and selfstarter
  • FMCG experience is not essential, however, experience working within a grocery environment would be an advantage
  • Graduate with 12years work experience in similar sales support roles
