We're partnering with a global ASX-listed manufacturing business that is headquartered here in Melbourne. We are now seeking a HR Manager to join the team on a 12 month FTC.As the HR Manager, you will partner with your dedicated client group to lead the People Strategy to drive high performance across the group.
Reporting into the General Manager - HR, you will be responsible for:- Developing and executing on the People Strategy. Key areas of focus will be leadership development, talent management and performance management.
- Coaching and providing guidance to leaders across the group on complex HR matters, providing advice in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working with leaders through issues of perfoamcne management, coaching and empowering leaders to have effective conversations with their employees.
- Working through the EBA negotiation process, partnering with your leader and the internal legal counsel when needed.
- Leading all employee engagement initiatives from running the survey to developing recommendations and rolling these out throughout the group.
- Coaching leaders through periods of transformation and change.
- Administering and managing cyclical HR activities, this will include; performance reviews and salary reviews.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.
- Previous experience working within a Senior HR Position.
- Ideally you will have worked within a multi site, industrial environment.
- Strong employment law and legislation knowledge.
- The ability to manage stakeholder expectations and effectively influence.
