Join us as an
Executive Assistant, reporting through to the Chief Financial Officer and providing support to the Executive Leadership Team, board and broader business.

You will work alongside the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Governance to ensure processes are developed and maintained, document control, setting up board and committee meetings, drafting papers, presentations, and reports, arranging travel, financial requirements for purchase orders whilst building and maintaining positive relationships across the business.

  • You're a seasoned executive administrator and pride yourself on your exceptional customer service and are passionate about helping others.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable to work on board papers, reports, and presentations.
  • You enjoy working independently and are great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds.
  • You have a lens for continuous improvement and looking for innovative solutions to streamline and enhance processes.
  • You're resilient and enjoy working within a small team environment to achieve outstanding results.
