Infinity Care is seeking an enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join our growing Operations team in a full-time role based in our Kogarah Office.


We are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated staff to manage, coordinate, and administer our client care services.

For this role, you will have a good understanding of the care industry, particularly home and community care as well have a clear understanding National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) working collaboratively with your team on client's person-centred plans.

About the role:


Our Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to staffing requests, rostering staff and meeting the expectations of our clients, participants, referring organisations and staff.


  • Enhancing the quality of life of our clients by coordinating supports and services
  • Providing appointments and scheduling inhome services based on discipline, availability, and geography with our unique carer matching at the forefront of the decision process
  • Personnel supervision and management
  • Providing quality personcentred care based on the client's needs, service/care plans, and individual budgets as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work in fastpaced and everchanging environment.
  • Communication with clients and staff is managed in an empathetic, friendly, engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence with your stakeholders.
The ability to operate efficiently and deliver excellent service when under pressure

  • Problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.

  • Ability to provide exceptional support to our carers when they need assistance with anything related to our external clients

  • Experience with CRM or rostering systems
  • Updates knowledge and skills by pursuing continuing professional development.

Job Types:

Salary:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
