Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be forward thinking, confident and a committed team player who has outstanding attention to detail skills and a positive can-do attitude.
THE ROLE:
- Assist with the preparation of construction budgets and capture into management software Yardi.
- Consistently monitor actual costs against budget with consideration of further costs to complete.
- Act as the "gatekeeper" for the project team to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with the Project Team with preparing trade package tender documents and negotiating and letting of subcontractors.
- Assist and obtain necessary permits, licences and approvals from relevant authorities.
- Attend PCG meetings, set agenda, take minutes and monitor action items.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and carrying out all WH&S requirements as communicated by the Company.
- Building relationships with all stakeholders through mutual confidence and trust, open and honest communication.

ABOUT YOU
- Superior time management, organisational and resource skills
- Yardi and/or programming software knowledge an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Driver's license
- Current First Aid Certificate and able to obtain your White Card
