About the role:
A rare position currently available for an experienced Part-Time Personal Assistant who has experience working within the property industry.
This role will see you supporting the Chief Operating Officer in operating and running this exceptional and highly regarded corporate property company based in Brisbane's western suburbs.
Duties:
- Coordination of executive meeting and agendas
- Preparation of reports, board papers and highlevel stakeholder management
- Lease Administration
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The skills and experience required for this role:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Highly advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Be proactive, not reactive
- Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
