We are currently seeking a part-time Night Auditor Receptionist who is an all rounder.

You're main duties are, but not limited to:

Commitment to working from 10:30pm to 6:30am overnight shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Sundays
Completion of daily and weekly Night Audit tasks
Ensure all security standards are met during your shift
Check in and check out of guests
Ensure that all guests accounts are properly receipted, recorded, and reconciled
Maximize room sales and conversion of enquires through proactive sales activity
Complete general maintenance duties as required
Report any service standard related issues including customer comments or complaints
Strong organizational skills
Strong PC skills
Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
Show attention to detail
Show initiative and be a problem solver
Be enthusiastic and friendly
Have a good work ethic and be of professional appearance
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Available to work weekends and public holidays.
