Description

We are currently seeking a _part-time or_ _full time_ Front Desk Receptionist/Porter who is an all rounder, to work at our prestige hotel.


You're main duties are, but not limited to:

  • Check guest in/out
  • Maintain guest accounts
  • Manage reservations
  • Answering Phones
  • Scheduling Quotes
  • Parking guest vehicles
  • Generate reports and more
  • Parking guests cars
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
  • Show attention to detail
  • Show initiative and be a problem solver
  • Be enthusiastic and friendly
  • Have a good work ethic and be of professional appearance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays.

Our requirements:

Salary:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
