About the role
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager the purpose of the Customer Service and Administration Assistant it to provide efficient support to all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include- Providing expert advice on products and services
- Processing customer orders
- Updating inventory
- Various other ad hoc tasks
Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous experience in a high functioning, autonomous customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to selfmanage and motivate
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite and CRM experience essential)
