RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Permanent Full Time Opportunity

35 hour week with 19 day - 4 week cycle

Salary from $69,043.52 p.a. to $80,090.92 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation

The Opportunity


Located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Wingecarribee Shire Council is only 40 minutes from South West Sydney and the Illawarra region.

About you


A self-starter who thrives in a changing environment, you will have strong communication and relationship building skills to build and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.

The ability to influence, exercise sound judgement and use discretion, coupled with the flexibility to meet changing demands and manage workloads is key to this role.


Selection Criteria

  • Certificate IV Human Resources or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in coordinating internal recruitment activities. 2. Demonstrated relevant practical and extensive experience in an internal recruitment role conducting end-to-end recruitment. 3. Demonstrated high level computer literacy eg. Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel. 4. Demonstrated experience using in-house on-line recruitment systems eg Broadbean, Pulse or other applicable recruitment systems. 5. Demonstrated ability to respond flexibly in a fast-paced recruitment environment. 6. Demonstrated ability to coach senior staff on complying with Recruitment and Selection Practices and Procedures
