Are you seeking a Principal Project Officer role? The Procurement and Supply Chain Optimisation Program (P&SCO) are looking for you.

This role will lead and coordinate the development and operationalisation of Microsoft (MS) Power Platform solutions, designed to support successful implementation of the P&SCO Program.


What we are looking for:


  • Highly developed skills in all aspects of MS Power Platform solution design, development, and maintenance (including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Flows), and the demonstrated ability to plan and implement complex projects on time, in a large organisation, with multiple stakeholder perspectives.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver highquality work in a demanding professional environment.
  • Demonstrated highlevel interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills including the demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information from a variety of sources to make informed recommendations.
  • Highly developed ability to identify, manage and mitigate emerging risks in a complex, strategic environment.
  • Demonstrated high level conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work productively both independently and within a team to achieve project and program outcomes.

Mandatory qualifications, licences and other requirements:

  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
  • It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21 and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
  • Ability to travel intrastate is a requirement of this role.
  • This is a position within the Department of Health and the Public Hospitals Fringe Benefits Tax exemption cap does not apply.
