Description

Mechanical Service Technician to join the team. These roles will be offered on a permanent basis working on a rotating roster of Days & Afternoon Shifts.

About the Role - Mechanical

The Mechanical Service Technician is responsible for carrying out engine inspections and servicing, testing, preventative maintenance and repairs, modifications and installation of components, electrical wiring and power systems, as directed by the Site Supervisors.

About You

Heavy manufacturing or maintenance experience, experience within the rail industry is highly desired but not essential.
Current Australian Drivers Licence (Manual)
Qualified Mechanical Trades Person (Diesel Mechanic)
Previous experience within a large workshop or heavy maintenance environment desirable.
Strong safety awareness
Ability to work well in a team environment
