Skills and experience required:


  • 35 years' experience maintaining high quality gardens, garden beds and open spaces;
  • Cert 3 Horticulture or higher advantageous;
  • Operate and maintain rideon machines and various gardening and horticultural machinery/ equipment;
  • Ability to lead and guide a small team;
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, other staff and team members, both verbally and electronically;
  • Experience in using technologybased work devices such as Tablets/ Ipads to manage works in line with clientspecific processes;
  • To be able to work to specific timelines and be able to follow work schedules and work in line with changes to schedules based on operational requirements;
  • Interest and commitment to the role to grow the current company footprint.
