The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of recruiting for one of the the Business Units within MTG, where you'll work closely with the Group Executive to achieve great things.

What you'll do

Constant engagement with the Tech talent community screening, sourcing, attending events etc
Acting as a key brand champion for MTG in the market
Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, working closely with them to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements
Delivering exceptional recruitment services ensuring Hiring Manager expectations are exceeded throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager & People & Culture team to work on MTG's employer brand

Your ideal skills & experience

Experience recruiting roles in IT & Tech required (Recruiting in the Data Centres, Cloud, IT Infrastructure space would be beneficial)
Experience in recruitment agency or internal.
Strong communicator can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business
Initiative able to work independently and find the best way to get results
