The Opportunity
Located in the heart of the CBD, in newly renovated offices, this role is a full-time permanent position. The Marketing Advisor plays an integral part of the marketing function and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and motivated individual who has strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

As a relationship driven business, the Marketing Advisor will gain great insight and value working collaboratively with the wider business.

As no two days are the same in this business, and supporting a large team of executives in line with the firms marketing and business development strategy, it is integral that the Marketing Advisor has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is adaptable to various situations.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Management of sponsorships including execution of sponsorship activities within your portfolio including analysis of sponsorship value
  • Supporting business development across the firm including supporting individuals with their business development plans, building prospect lists, market research, support with tenders, data analysis, reporting, and a high important on maintain the CRM and analysis of data
  • Develop and execute events, webinars and conferences that delight and inform our clients and prospects as well as building leads and strengthening our position in the market
  • Support industry experts to raise their profile through a range of content mediums and social media including copy and article writing
  • Develop and execute of marketing campaigns including content development, channel assessment and deployment, as well as monitoring, analysis and reporting on results
  • Develop content and collateral including brochures, videos, social media and event programmes
  • Working with the people and culture, and learning and development teams to implement the firms business development program
  • Build and maintain mutually valuable relationships with internal stakeholders. Including business heads and interstate marketing teams.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualified in commerce, marketing, public relations, media, communications, or equivalent field
  • 45 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle and prioritise
  • Proficient writing and design skills
  • A good understanding of social media platforms
  • A familiarity with marketing systems and tools including Marketo, Microsoft Office in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite in particular Photoshop and InDesign
