Description
As our Adminsitration Officer, you will provide high quality, efficient and condifential support to the Taxation Unit.
Your everyday tasks may vary, depending on team priorities, however you will be responsible for such things as:

  • Provide effective administrative support in a Tax oriented environment, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mail collection and other adhoc duties with delivery in accordance with professional standards, Office policies and procedures;
  • Maintain information systems relating to Tax Services to ensure accurate information is available to key stake holders such client services with regards to maintaining the tax file databases for the Tax Unit;
  • Assist with the lodgement and finalisation of tax files within agreed service levels;
  • Undertake additional duties such as assisting the Executive Secretary when required to meet the objectives of the broader Investment Services and Finance Program.


You will contribute to the Investment and Financial Sercices team's workplace culture, and you will be expected to actively support health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace, demonstrate the Queensland Public Service values while promoting diversity and inclusion for all.

You will be contributing to the Public Trustee's Customers First agenda.
There are no mandatory qualifications or certifications for this role, however they would be highly regarded.
