About the role

Are you ready to use your administrative skills to make a difference in the world of financial services? Join our team as a Business Support Officer Here, you'll dive into a diverse array of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring the seamless management of funds held in trust on behalf of our valued customers.

Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in the administration of our investment operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.

You'll play a vital role in the financial management activities of the Common Fund and the Public Trustee Growth Trust, helping to maintain stability and growth.

But it doesn't stop there.

You'll also assist in the implementation of recommendations from Statements of Advice, working within agreed service levels to guarantee customer satisfaction.

From managing listed equities to maintaining accurate information systems, your contributions will be felt across the organisation.
This is a temporary part-time opportunity (2 days per week) until 2 June 2025 based in Brisbane CBD.

You possess sound administrative, coordination and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong customer focus and the ability to work well within a team environment.
