Reliability Specialist

Work Location:
Christmas Creek

Fortescue's Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.

Roster:

8D/6R - FIFO ex Perth or Busselton

Key responsibilities include:

Shutdown/Maintenance Support
Fixed Plant Inspections/Improvements

Reliability

Strategy Development & Support
Root Cause Analysis
Assisting in maintaining and increasing reliability of OPF equipment and assets
Rectification of Defects and Plant Improvements

Qualifications and Experience:

Trade Based Qualification (Mechanical) or Mechanical Engineer with significant Heavy Industry Experience, preferably in Fixed Plant Ore Processing
Extensive knowledge of fixed plant equipment and operation of equipment
Extensive knowledge of maintenance tasks and procedures
Previous experience within Reliability teams
Ability to interpret and understand any SWI's, OEM Procedures and relevant maintenance documentation
Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety and Environment is essential.
