To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
- Experience in providing high quality administrative support in educational settings
- Demonstrated Intermediate/Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills to work professionally with parents, staff, students and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise, meet or exceed deadlines to ensure efficiency and highquality outcomes
- Discretion, diplomacy, tact and confidentiality
- Intuitive and proactive attitude
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and engaging character
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Strong problem solving capability a solutions finder
