To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

Experience in providing high quality administrative support in educational settings
Demonstrated Intermediate/Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
High levels of written and verbal communication skills to work professionally with parents, staff, students and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritise, meet or exceed deadlines to ensure efficiency and highquality outcomes
Discretion, diplomacy, tact and confidentiality
Intuitive and proactive attitude
Self motivated, enthusiastic and engaging character
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Strong problem solving capability a solutions finder
