Reporting to the Head of ICT, the Network Technician is a role which aligns with the ICT Department's vision for continuous improvement and a passion to provide excellent support to staff and students for existing, as well as new services.

The Technician works closely with the Head of ICT and the networking team to ensure smooth operation of network and security infrastructure.


  • This can include handson electronic work. The Network Technician proactively performs checks and remediation so that administration & teaching staff and students can teach and learn without interruption.
Please note this opportunity is Permanent Full time opportunity onsite at our beautiful North Parramatta Campus.

  • To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and attributes:
  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • High level of network troubleshooting and integration skills across wired and wireless infrastructure with recent experience
  • Welldeveloped administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong problemsolving capability a solutions finder
