As the Learning and Development officer you will:

Conduct training needs analysis, in order to scope project and training requirements, to ensure that training meets business needs and continuous improvement of service delivery.
Research, design, develop and evaluate training programs and resources, for Smart Service, utilising contemporary learning techniques and strategies to facilitate the organisation's ongoing growth and capability.
Deliver and present training programs, to Smart Service staff and client agencies, to develop knowledge, skill and ability and ensure quality and consistency of the service delivered.
Contribute to organisational development initiatives and service transition projects, across Smart Service, to support the drive for organisational change and facilitate growth.
Monitor and conduct induction programs for Smart Service and communicate trainee's progress to internal stakeholders, to assist with the effective integration of staff into Smart Service's culture.
Engage, consult, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure training content and delivery is in line with business needs and quality service delivery outcomes.
Develop and coach (during induction programs) training program participants to develop knowledge, skill and ability and ensure quality and consistency of training content.
Drive and facilitate change within the organisation and contribute to a culture of growth and development by acting as a change agent.
