Description

As the Learning and Development officer you will:

  • Conduct training needs analysis, in order to scope project and training requirements, to ensure that training meets business needs and continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Research, design, develop and evaluate training programs and resources, for Smart Service, utilising contemporary learning techniques and strategies to facilitate the organisation's ongoing growth and capability.
  • Deliver and present training programs, to Smart Service staff and client agencies, to develop knowledge, skill and ability and ensure quality and consistency of the service delivered.
  • Contribute to organisational development initiatives and service transition projects, across Smart Service, to support the drive for organisational change and facilitate growth.
  • Monitor and conduct induction programs for Smart Service and communicate trainee's progress to internal stakeholders, to assist with the effective integration of staff into Smart Service's culture.
  • Engage, consult, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure training content and delivery is in line with business needs and quality service delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and coach (during induction programs) training program participants to develop knowledge, skill and ability and ensure quality and consistency of training content.
  • Drive and facilitate change within the organisation and contribute to a culture of growth and development by acting as a change agent.
