Description

As the Customer Insights Support Officer you will:

  • Support the customer experience function by assisting with customer research and gathering of data from multiple sources
  • Provide support in the establishment and ongoing use of systems required to gather and report customer feedback and data to assist informed decision making
  • Help with the planning, facilitation and followup activities linked to customer, client and employee workshops (e.g. service design, customer interviews and observations)
  • Assist with the preparation of data visualisations and reports to creatively present actionable insights, recommendations and support service improvement opportunities
  • Make use of effective storytelling techniques to capture and influence varied audiences using a range of different mediums (e.g. video, storyboards, infographics etc)
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying new opportunities and challenging existing processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members by sharing information to assist with enquiries and promote a positive team work culture
  • Look for opportunities to participate in learning and development initiatives, to improve own skills and knowledge in order to ensure the ongoing growth and development of Smart Service Queensland
