    We are seeking a dynamic and hands on Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all projects, production, coordinating installations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. As a Project Manager, you will lead by example, driving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Meeting revenue and/or gross profit targets on projects
    • Clarity on existing of all construction processes, systems, and policies.
    • Development and implementation of new construction processes, systems, and policies.
    • Developing and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
    • Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail during product manufacturing and installations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage installation projects from inception to delivery, including handover to maintenance upon completion.
    • Manage the manufacturing and assembly of Greenwall Company product range, meeting quality assurance expectations.
    • Accurate reporting of all financial data weekly or at project milestones
    • Oversee contract reviews and progress claims
    • Manage and implement WHSE best practices
    • Monitoring of Greenhouse irrigation infrastructure and complete routine maintenance to ensure success and longevity of system.
    • Lead an effective, collaborative team to ensure efficient execution of works.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager, backed by formal qualifications
    • Prior experience with construction management software.
    • Working at heights (Not prerequisite but desirable).
    • Previous experience with irrigation (Not prerequisite but desirable).
    • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
    • Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials used in green infrastructure projects.
    • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Access to a mobile phone.
    • Class C Driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles.
    • White card certification.
