About the role

  • Talent Sourcing using all available platforms.
  • Lead Recruiter responsible for the endtoend recruitment process
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
  • Reference checks
  • Employment contracts from approved templates
  • Coordination of all Labour Hire
  • Coordination of external recruitment pathways including Government bodies
  • Workforce Planning work with managers and leaders to review and update recruitment priorities.
  • Build and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring activity.
  • Track hiring metrics including timetohire, timetofill, and source of hire.

About you

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Handson experience with recruitment platforms and advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team.
