The career opportunity:


As a key player in the Internal Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will encompass not only servicing existing clients and responding to new sales inquiries but also providing crucial support to our clients external sales team and warehouse store-people.

How you'll contribute:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you day to day responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Provide friendly and timely assistance to customers over the counter.
  • Manage internal customer inquiries.
  • Enter new customer orders into the system.
  • File invoices and ensure proper documentation.
  • Utilise Eftpos machine for transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address requests and queries.
  • Create and submit customer quotations.
  • Verify and file approved credit card payments.
  • Ensure signed proof of delivery for goods supplied to account holders.
  • Organise and file documents such as run sheets, consignment notes, delivery dockets, and picking slips.

About you:


  • Construction, fasteners or tooling knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Background in sales or customer service is
    _essential_.
  • A sincere enthusiasm for serving and assisting customers, driven by genuine interest and curiosity.

What's on offer

  • Monday to Friday work
  • NO WEEKENDS.
- $60,000 to $65,000 base (dependent on experience) + 11% Super.
