Our client is a household name in the bulding and construction industry Looking to build their accounts team, they are seeking an experienced Collections Officer based in Western Sydney.

The Role:


  • Being responsible for the control of multiple accounts
  • Make outbound calls to debtors to resolve account management and payment issues
  • Problem solve and investigate complex problems
  • Arrange and process overdue payments
  • Support customers by identifying and addressing each situation differently
  • Respond to external and internal customer enquiries

About you:


  • Well developed problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience delivering positive customer outcomes
  • Excel experience (basic/intermediate)
  • Experience working with a large ERP, SAP highly desirable
  • Ability to work with a team and autonomously
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Shift work
